About data4journals	English (USA)
This mailing list is part of the Journals Help Desk service provided by the CESSDA ERIC. It supports academic publishers and CESSDA partners, with a focus on social sciences. It shares examples of good practice related to data sharing and preservation. The Help Desk is part of a wider Journals Outreach initiative, linking journal editors, researchers and CESSDA partners. It creates a dialogue via workshops, training events, a dedicated internet presence and a discussion forum supporting the various parties towards achieving their Open Science goals.

To post a message to all the list members, send email to data4journals@journals-data.cessda.eu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to data4journals
Subscribe to data4journals by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder. data4journals Subscribers

Another way to unsubscribe from the list is to simply send an e-mail to data4journals-leave@journals-data.cessda.eu. You can leave the subject and body of this message empty. After you do that, you will receive a removal confirmation notice and you will need to confirm that you wanted to be removed from the list.
data4journals Privacy Notice
The List Owner of this list is the Croatian Social Science Data Archive (CROSSDA), a Service Provider for CESSDA ERIC. CROSSDA is hosted by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. By using this mailing list your personal data (email address and name) may be used by the List Owner to manage your membership, support you in using this mailing list, to identify problems or to make the mailing list better. We will never send any of this information to other persons or organisations. If you post messages to this mailing list, be aware that any personal data you share within your email (email address, name and signature information) may be visible to others. Any email messages you post to the mailing list will remain in the mailing list web-accessible archives, until you ask the List Owner to remove these details.
